About us

Lown Real Estate was formed in December 2014 by Roger Lown MRICS who has operated in the UK property markets for over 40 years.

We are a property advisory consultancy specialising in the Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) and Energy related markets. We are focussed on finding creative and strategic solutions for our clients.

The Consultancy provides a director led client focussed approach to development and investment projects across the UK.

What we do

We advise a diverse range of clients including Property Companies, Developers, Funders, Universities, Local Authorities and Energy Companies on a wide range of transactional and professional matters including sales, acquisitions, funding and development.

We work closely with our clients and their professional team to provide them with optimum solutions.

We appreciate the importance of confidentiality. Much of the work we do is undertaken on an “off-market” and confidential basis.

We specialise in Student Housing and Energy sectors. Our projects are across the UK from Aberdeen in the north, Falmouth in the south, Milford Haven in the west and Canterbury in the east.
